Our gold finish is applied using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) — a coating process that bonds gold more closely to the metal than standard electroplating, over a 316L stainless steel base.

Unlike standard plated jewellery, DEJA VÚ pieces are waterproof, sweatproof and tarnish-resistant. There's no need to take them off for the shower, the gym or a swim. A little care still goes a long way.

• Wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

• Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners or chemical polishes — a soft cloth is all it needs.

• Store separately from other jewellery, away from direct sunlight and heat, to avoid scratching.

• Handle gemstones and pearls gently. Like any stone or pearl, they can chip or dislodge if dropped or knocked.

• Keep away from perfume, cosmetics and body / hair sprays.

Every DEJA VÚ piece is covered by our 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing faults, with proof of purchase. This covers new pieces only and does not extend to damage from misuse or normal wear.

To make a claim, email dejavu.jewerly.eu@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue, we'll repair or replace your piece at no cost where the claim is valid.
