Orders are processed within 3 business days.

Shipping is free on orders over €80.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our hands.

RETURNS

Change your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return your piece.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Email us at dejavu.jewerly.eu@gmail.com with the subject "Return" and your order number. We'll send you the details you need to send your piece back through your local post office of choice.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
